Definition
The term portfolio refers to any collection of financial assets such as stocks, bonds and cash. However, a share portfolio only invests in stocks. Portfolios may be held by individual investors and/or managed by financial professionals, hedge funds, banks and other financial institutions. It is a generally accepted principle that a portfolio is designed according to the investor’s risk tolerance, time frame and investment objectives.
Our Approach
We do not act on market speculation and solely focus on long-term investments. You may invest directly, via an Equity Traded Fund (ETF) or unit trusts. We prefer unit trusts as they are managed by industry professionals and often yield a better risk adjusted return compared to the index.
